DOES THE CLEARINGHOUSE AFFECT ME?
• If you employer drivers with CDL’s YOU ARE REQUIRED to use the clearinghouse to provide queries of new employees and annual queries as well
• If you are a driver, your employer will have to query you on hire and every year after that
• If you are an owner operator, you must also query yourself, but it MUST be done by a c/TPA such as Corporate Health Testing & Safety Services. CAN I PUT SOMEONE ELSE IN CHARGE OF DOING THESE QUERIES?
